Renal Anomalies.
Contralateral renal anomalies in 41% of cases (1).
Contralateral multicystic renal dysplasia (19%).
Renal agenesis (11%).
Contralateral hydronephrosis (7%), especially uteropelvic junction obstruction.
Inherited Syndromes.
Meckel-Gruber syndrome.
Jeune's syndrome.
Zellweger's syndrome.
Apert's syndrome.
