DANDY-WALKER MALFORMATION  

Dandy-Walker malformation (DWM) is a complex developmental abnormality of the posterior fossa visualized as a large posterior fossa (cyst), which communicates with the fourth ventricle. The size of the cyst and defect in the cerebellar vermis is variable.
